The Story Behind the Service:
I’m Arriell Gipson Martin, a wife, civic strategist, and public servant who grew up in Shelby County and chose to build my life and career here. My experience spans four industries and client service roles across the country, giving me the operational strength and people-centered leadership this office needs.

For nearly a decade, I’ve served in key roles throughout Shelby County Government, including on the executive team in the County Clerk’s Office where I helped strengthen internal systems and improve the way residents receive services.

I bring a proven ability to design solutions, lead teams, and modernize how government works. I am ready on day one to restore trust, improve service, and give people back their time.
